I have a standing seam roof that has arched vents. It is an older roof, but the metal is in great shape. I have started to get leaks from where the metal arch meets the pitching standing seam metal. I had a roofer look at it. I wanted to get a price for either a new roof with the same arches, of course with some kind of membrane under it to keep it from leaking again. He recommended to seal the seams, that the roof had many years left before the need to re roof.
after hurricane Helene, it seems like he’s now too busy to come do the work.
I’m prepared to rent a lift and seal the seam/joint myself, but want to use a product that will last.
can anybody help me with a good product recommendation?
