Looking for advice on duro-last commercial quote

Hi all, I was hoping to get some guidance on a commercial quote I received.

The project is 2600 sq/ft flat, first story, commercial building, sloped metal deck located in Tampa, Florida. 5 roof top a/c units with curbs and 3 restaurant hoods.

The proposal is:
1- Tear off tpo, iso, and gympsum

2 -install 3 inch iso and 50mil duro-last pvc, crickets at all the curbs, counterflashed term bars due to concrete balastrade going around the building. 15 years NDL warranty, or 20 yrs for extra $1,500

the total without the 20 yrs is $65k. I'm trying to wrap my head around $2k+ plus a square - is that what this type of work is going for? For what it's worth, other quotes were comparable.

Thanks to anyone who can provide any input!

Duro-Last is on the higher price, specifically because they promote "custom" fabrication, which isn't all that special. The tear off cost should be relatively competitive, it's the material and warranty that is costly. More than anything tho, it's important that you go with a good contractor. I know a lot about Duro-Last and to be honest it isn't worth the premium cost. If you find a good contractor they can install any manufacturer with the same quality and work out a warranty with them. Keep in mind, Florida has an open book contractor testing, many "roofing contractors" lack experience, because all they needed was to get sponsored, pay for the books with the answers already highlighted and take the test, or their wife's did it. Most of them resort to hiring sub crews with some experience. Even Duro-Last inspectors have no roofing experience, ask their backgrounds. There is a lot of great contractors with a ton of roofing experience in your area, I would suggest Robert Binns Roofing, Dempsey Roofing and Dempsey Commercial Roofing, (Both companies as the two brothers have a ton of experience), K2 Summit, Royalty Roofing, A Plus All Pro Roofing, Dunnrite Roofing, Veterans Property Management, these are some awesome contractors, I'm sure there is many more.
