What contract are you guys using in the case solar panels are removed and put back by a company?

My company is going to be installing a shingle roof next week and unfortunately the roof has solar panels installed. I will be contracting a company to remove and re-install the solar panels before and after my job is done.

Can anyone share a contract that you use with a company that removes and installs the solar panels for you after your company finishes replacing the roof? The company is giving me a 15 year no leak guarantee, their services won't damage/cause leaks after they put back the solar panels in the areas they worked on.
