I don’t want to disappoint you, but their work isn’t perfect. Many people argued and sued the building companies even for less-visible damages. They should’ve evened the wooden base before building the roof. If they thought they would avoid unevenness with the help of correct layering, then they’re not very smart. If the base isn’t even, there’s nothing to expect from the next layer; it is one of the most important building principles. I think you should sue them for inaccurate work.
