What is wrong with this roof? I am convinced something was done incorrectly. HELP!!! Why are there so many lines. This is a dual black architectural shingled roof.

Looks good to me! I believe what you are describing as line's are just a color variation in the shingle granuals.
I'd guess that when you look at one shingle sample the color differences don't pop quit like a whole section completed.
What brand and color of shingle

They are Cambridge IKO dual black. And yes, I believe it's the variation of color. I have just never seen diagonal runs like that on a roof with architectural shingles. Especially dual black.
