Help. What should I do?

So last year I had my shingles replaced due to hail damage. They said the roof itself was in good condition, but for some reason after the new shingles were put on, there was a straight line pattern going from left to right across the middle of the roof on the front and back of the house.
So the roofing company came back and tried to fix it and now the line is bigger, about a 1 1/2 feet wide going across the middle of the roof on the front and back of the house.

Has anyone seen this before?

They said they would redo the whole front slope but couldn’t guarantee that it would fix it or they would up the warranty to a 10 year warranty.

what should I do or what would you request if you were in my position?
