Different color metal panels on 2 year old roof

During Covid had metal installed on dormer and other areas of roof and had a number of issues (huge delay in material, water leaks, lack of flashing)…
In fairness the company worked with us to try and make it right.
I’ve now noticed different color panel and trying to decide if this is a huge deal and ask them to come out and replace or if this is a minor deal and live with it?
