Hi all,

I'll spare you the details but I'm going through a divorce and it looks like I'll end up owning my soon-to-be-ex husband's roofing business. Over the years I've help with administrative stuff, but now I'll have to go find customers. I don't even know where to start. Oh, I also have to figure out how to be the 'boss' of a bunch of men, but in my mind that's easier than the 'finding clients' part. Sigh...

Any advice would be really appreciated!

We do a TON of work in roofing everywhere from FL to TX to CO. Would be happy to share ideas about what you can do yourself and what we've done with our friends/clients.

I'm sorry - seems like life threw you an interesting bone. However, harder things have been accomplished.

I would recommend "landing and expanding" AKA doing what already works. Focus on where the majority of customers were being found (i.e referrals, SEO, canvassing) and really hone in on that.

Don't reinvent the wheel! You got this!
