Asphalt Shingles Roof

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to get some honest opinions from Roofers (only roofers please), about my roof. I bought the house 2 years ago, and have attached the roofing portion of the inspection. Based on the past seller report, there were so leaks on roof since they bought house in 2010. I have not had any leaks either except one yesterday, seems to be possibly where the solar panel is installed.
  1. What do you think about the current roof condition? Does this look ok for the next few years atleast?
  2. What type of damage or issues do you see?
  3. What do you recommend? Is there an option to replace it partially? or pour asphalt or something to the roof to increase its life
  4. If I decide to replace this now, do you know what would be the additional cost I would pay to remove and reinstall the 30 solar panels?
Note - Inspection report PDF is from 2 years ago inspection, link
JPEG pictures are from yesterday.
Thanks so much

Roof is shot, at the end of it's life. Don't know if I'd trust through another season. See some hacked up repair attempts too ( pic 3). Can't really tell from the pic, but that porch may be too shallow a slope for shingles. As to removal and re install of the solar, call around. Labor rates vary a lot by locale. What would be a fair price in my area could be below cost or a massive overcharge in yours

What does SHOT mean in terms of leaks or damage? Does that mean I should anticipate a leak every 1-2 years? Or rain will entirely penetrate into the house? Roof has been in this same shape or so for the past two years, and has not had a leak except for this one likely at solar penetration in past 7 years. I definitely know it's not great, but for someone on a budget, how can I prolong life? Can you apply tar or some asphalt sealant? Thanks so much
I would start budgeting for a replacement. And nothing that comes out of a bucket is worth doodly for a shingle roof.

Mind answering some of my other questions please, it would be helpful. such as "Does that mean I should anticipate a leak every 1-2 years? Or rain will entirely penetrate into the house? How long do you think i have with this roof? I do live in orange county, ca, so more moderate weather.
2 years maybe, a few more storms like Cali has been hit with lately could change that though. And more leaks in more places is what you can expect, unless wind rips off whole swaths, then you could have a deluge in the house. I'm crossing my fingers that that does not happen
