Pay structure for salesman/sales managers

Hello everyone,

We are currently hiring a new group of salesmen for the 2020 season and wanted to get a baseline for what the "standard" is for a salesmans commission structure (overhead, profit split, bonuses, tiers etc.) and also the same for what the standard pay structure looks like for a sales manager (overhead, profit split on their own jobs, over ride on salesman jobs, tiers etc.) Im sure every company is a a little different but curious what some other companies have come up with. Thanks!
