Tips for calculating penetrations for a bid

Hi all, I'm looking to get into the new construction roofing, and would like help detrmining the amount of penetrations for plumbing vents. Is there a rule of thumb or an actual formula or something? Reading the blue prints is no problem, but I'm a roofer, not a plumber, as such I don't know how many vents per fixture and such. Actually, if you all have any book recommendations that explains this exact problem, I'd appreciate it!

Thank you guys in advance for any help!
