Can't quite tell from the pic, but it looks like exposed fiberglass matt? And some tabs obviously blew away and were re-attached. A few face nails there too. Sweet deal.

I bet they lead in with.... "Do I really need a new roof?"

I don't have any pics on the puter yet, but I just did an estimate last week that has 22 yr old 3-tabs, not leaking yet or even showing any buckling and there the old Celotex, very rare for them to hold out so well.

I've only got one more of the tree growing over the roof, i got this job, will take some better pictures before I rip it off.
