Can't quite tell from the pic, but it looks like exposed fiberglass matt? And some tabs obviously blew away and were re-attached. A few face nails there too. Sweet deal.
I bet they lead in with.... "Do I really need a new roof?" |

I don't have any pics on the puter yet, but I just did an estimate last week that has 22 yr old 3-tabs, not leaking yet or even showing any buckling and there the old Celotex, very rare for them to hold out so well.
