Default Nice flat deck

The homeowner can't understand why its leaking. He did this himself and is now going to install a metal roof, the neighbor's brother in Michigan is a roofer and he's providing technical support via phone.

Looks fine to me. I see lots of them around here, leaking in a normal fashion for this type work. Just empty the trash cans on a regular basis.

Insurance company requested a roof certification in order to renew his wind policy. I did not certify this roof, clearly. Therefore he feels he can improve on his existing quality roofing skills by installing a "lifetime" metal roof.
