What is the most money you've seen a residential roofing salesman make in one year?

100k is not uncommon. I have seen one guy who made nearly 120k one year. He was earning 10% of the sale value. When you run 6 leads a day, you can do that.

I thought 100,000 was about at the top too until I worked with a roofing company last year.

I worked for a high quality very high priced roofing company and one salesman there made well over 300,000 in a 12 month period.

I thought that was alot higher than normal, but their system was awesome and the salesman was more like a retired ceo than just a roofing salesman and he just melted people.
