Try out www.storm-finder.com this site will give you data at no cost on storms and cross reference population/households/incomes/etc ... I hope this will help you guys get more business. We used to do all this manually and it took hours, I find companies charging $1000's for similar data and find it unfair to new and upcoming business.

Please give me feedback, I hope I am not consider "spam" as I feel that a tool at $0 is nothing but good advise.

Sorry for the issues, we are up and running fully now. We had a host of additional improvements done this weekend and Go Daddy was acting up... We are remotley serving this now till we have site up rather than performing updates daily.

The site will and does work from here on out.... Our updates will be limited to Sunday evening between 12A-3AM

Gtp, simply put we can't help you with your sales approach, pricing, etc. What we do is help you get to areas of interest and nor waste time 4 blocks from where you should be. In this industry being 1 week late to the proper street can mean $10000's in commision. By putting you where you ought to be and putting you there first you have a great chance of increased opportunity. Also if you travel to different states, 10 minutes on a map view can save you hours of hunting, gas, etc...

Well sales i got that down cold. Why not use software that is useful, easy to use and within 4 minutes everything is done for the adjuster? I am not a chaser in anymeans. I just know how to beat them at there own game.
