Does anyone currently use this? I know in my area I have had subs approach me willing to sub for anywhere from 65/sq &up to around 90/sq. at these rates aparently the guys had all thier own equipment. I was not specifically intrested in running subs becuase I still want the control. Is anyone using peice work or that has crew incentives that they could share?
