I cancelled one insulation job today just because I felt like it. No real reason, the customer wanted the job done and I don't feel like doing anything. My answer was I'll send your check back in the mail, find someone else.
Don't get me wrong they wern't complaining or anything. I just didn't feel like doing it. |

I'm a big believer in taking a comprehensive approach to marketing and trying just about anything to generate new business, as long as the return on your time and investment is being measured in some systematic way so you know whether that particular marketing activity is worth it.
I am most certainly biased... but I think internet marketing, if done properly, can generate more business and a better return on investment than some of the options above. |
