We live off the coast of Maine and with high winds its an act of god and we do charge for the repair, we do go and see the customers, and each repair is different...Referrals are the name of the game here..... Each repair can make you money....

David, so if your workers happened to high nail, or nail crooked, or nail too deeply... This is something you would charge to repair?
In my original reply I said there are a number of reasons for blow offs which is why you can't point the finger at any one thing until after examining and determining the reason. |
