Do You Sell Your Own Roofing Jobs?
Do you sell your own roofing jobs, or do you have a sales person working for you?
This is the recommended commission structure for roofing sales people PERCENTAGE OFF OF FULL. RETAIL SALESPERSON COMMISSION 0% 10% 1-5% 7% 6-10% 4% 11-15% 2% 16-20% 1% The following are additional requirements that need to be met. 1.Nothing below 20 percent off unless approved by management. 2.The home office will set any bonuses or incentives. 3.All leads need to be verified by Enter Your Business Name Here. 4.Upon completion of the job the salesperson will revisit the job and collect final payment. 5.Upon collection of job and all requirements have been met the sales person may receive final 50% of commission from sale.
