Re: Uh Oh, One of those guys

Chicago is a fun town and I like the people pretty well, but there are to many people for me. Plus you guys really need to do something about your local government.

I am sure you will have a hail storm soon enough, give me a shout.

LOL yeah local government is the joke of the country for sure. Blagojevich, Stroger, Dailey. The most corrupt politicians you could dream of.

LOL George Ryan now Rod Blagojevich. They should issue them an orange jump suit when they take office.

Re: Uh Oh, One of those guys

Get a computer program that uses xactimate, seriously.

Keep all insurance paperwork (scopes) and always charge the maximum.

Always charge more than you need (they will cut your numbers no matter what)

Know your department of insurance, they will straighten out the shady insurance companies fast!

Insurance must pay for minumum code requirements! This is huge! All I can say is know your codes!

They pay "al a cart" so charge for every foot of metal, chimney, repair, tarp, dumpster, antenna, permit, code increase, delivery charges etc

Hammer them!

good luck, it takes time but once you figure out that insurance will pay more than you ever imagined you will love insurance work.

Ps I am an insurance consultant so if you get stuck on something let me know...
