Hey Ansel,
We don't get that much credit card volume - mostly repairs paying by credit card. We have a hand held machine so we can get payment on the spot and that helps despite the fees. We don't charge any extra for using credit cards but if every reroof wanted to use CC we would probably have to stop accepting b/c of margins.

Important thing is to make sure that all the info matches otherwise they default to a higher rate...that's when it really hurts.

Thanks for the kudos on the website...we put a lot of time into and get pretty good calls. Usually people who are more ready to sign up vs YP or other media.
