I have been in the home repair industry for some what of 23 years, and though I have tried to escape a few times, I was dragged back kicking and screaming. LOL just kidding, I love the roofing industry and sort of hate it too ... you guys know what I mean.

We have started a roofing company in Oklahoma (we being myself and young man who works as our production manager and part owner) as an answer to the terribly low standards in our area, it has been an up hill battle.

We did just over $500,000 our first year, with very little advertising. Mostly just out there pounding the pavement. During that time we developed our prodedures and built a dedicated management team.

Now we are looking to 3 to 6 good sales guys, and that seems to be the hardest thing yet. Any ideas would be welcomed.

I hope that in this forum, I am learn more about marketing and finding great staff to help us grow.
