Question Hello from Northern Kentucky / Cincinnati

Hey...I have lurked on here for a couple of years.....never posted before.

I would like to chat with roofers outside of my market to get advice and opinions....I need help! lol

I have grown to the point where I need to add an estimator /sales rep.

We are a residential roofing, siding, gutters contractor.

Would LOVE to be advised on this! Salary vs commission, bonus, training, vehicle, tools, schools, pay periods, draws, charge backs, leads, selg-gens, work schedule, benefits, extras......

HELP! please!

my name is Dale
