Hello

Commercial Roofing contractor here for the past 20 odd years.... work with many of the leading manufacturers altho we specialize in heat-welded systems.

Typically we run 2-3 crews and have dedicated service/maintenance teams as well.

Just discovered this forum today and look forward to hearing about our trade from other parts of the country.

Welcome again.

Maybe you could discuss the ins and out of your service and repair division.

Do you belong to any organization that trains how to do that to the ultimate success capabilities? One guy I know joined Roofers Success International, RSI, and developed a program according to their model.
