Love the idea of a forum to discuss latest trends and techniques for the industry. I'm a former installer with about 18 years on the roof. I'm currently taking on operations management for our company that employs roughly 75-100 installers. We focus on pitched residential but keep a healthy commercial clientel base as well. Our territory is generally the golden horseshoe in southeastern Ontario Canada and I'm looking forward to sharing ideas and industry information in an effort to provide the best possible solutions for our clients. We are often too busy during peak production to take advantage of these networking opportunities as I'm sure many of you are, however I hope to provide what knowledge and experience I can and look forward to learning from each of you some of those pearls of roofing wisdom you've garnished yourselves.
