Metal roof
I am considering a metal roof as a replacement for asphalt shingles on my house and was told that the metal roof will interfere with cell phone signals. Is this a valid concern, especially today with more and more wireless signals being used?

Re: Metal roof
No it won't. Many roofs here are steel and i've never heard of this being a problem even in steel farm sheds etc.
I have, however heard about a friend of a friend who has a shed that has roof and walls clad in lead and can't get any signal inside! |

Re: Metal roof
I highly doubt it...consider all the interference, metal, steel, concrete in a large office building!
