Re: Summer Car

In 1975, a friend of mine had an MG convertible and that little car sure was a head turner for the girls.

Sweet Ride!!!

Re: Summer Car

Hi Ed, i know that MG exported quiet a few of these to the U.S. (Left hookers of course SlyFox) and there are a few MG clubs ove there, the only down side is that U.S regulations at the time made mg put them big rubber bumpers on the front and back where the metal chrome ones look alot better, if i have a good year i will convert it back to chrome.
Cheers
Dave

Re: Summer Car

G'Day to our Aussie friends Adelaide11 and Dr Drip, shes a nice old car and had been off the road for 11 years till i brought her, theres no power steering and shes not particually fast but your low down so you get to feel the road when you drive her and she sounds sweet.
She cost me £1100 pounds but ive spent that and more on her and shes been valued at around £4000.
Cheers
Dave
