The beast

I was wondering if anyone had seen this type of spade before and where I could get another. I bought it a few years back and originally had a red fibreglass "unbreakable" handle he. he . It works great on 3-layer cedar "Pigs" and other Steepies. It's a little heavy for single layers. It was sold as "The Beast" and was made in the USA ... thanks for any repliesthe beast.jpg

Re: The beast

blageurt it's a Malco product, I think Spar marathon carried them quite some time ago, I have one but it was givin to me by an old friend when he retired a few years ago, he told me he bought it at Spar.
I like it as well for those heavy rips, it is a little heavy but I find the weight an advantage in ripping.
I think I am going to try out the razor bar this coming season, tried the demolition demon but I sent it back after 10 mins of using it.
